The Kuya 4-Week Development Course
Long-term development through presence, habits, and trust
Service Description
The Kuya 4-Week Development Course is a guided program for young soccer players who want to grow the right way — with patience, presence, and purpose. The course is built on the belief that great performance is created through the same principles that lead to a great life: disciplined habits, emotional awareness, self-trust, and alignment. Led by two brothers living out our childhood dream of playing Division 1 soccer at Cal together, this course is shaped by real experience — navigating pressure, injuries, expectations, self-doubt, and learning how to stay steady over time. Over four weeks, players are guided through a clear development framework focused on building strong daily habits, training with intention, regulating emotions under pressure, and staying connected to the joy of the game while pursuing excellence. Course structure: • 4 weeks total • 60–90 minutes of guided content per week • Short video lessons, reflections, and simple action challenges What players will learn: • how to stay present instead of overthinking • how to build confidence through preparation, not hype • how to handle pressure, mistakes, and expectations calmly • how to develop discipline without burnout • how to align performance goals with personal values This is not a drill-heavy or highlight-based program. It is a long-term development course designed to help players become steady, self-trusting competitors — and grounded people — both on and off the field.
